An animal communication session with Susan is an opportunity to have a conversation with your animal companion. Using her intuitive abilities, Susan is able to talk directly with your animal companion and translate the information. It allows your animal to express themselves in an enlightening way. You can ask your animal companion questions and receive information about how they are feeling, clarify food and behavior concerns, and talk with your animal directly and openly about illness and end of life issues. Give your animal a voice.
Susan also communicates with animals who are In-Spirit, providing closure and comfort.

Susan works with all species: domestic, exotic, farm, and wildlife.
Sessions are available in person (house call) or by telephone. For clients in the New York Tri-State- Area, house calls are available to your home, barn or stable, veterinarian hospital or place of business.
What to Expect
When I communicate intuitively with your animal companion, I receive information directly from your animal companion and my own intuitive impressions about what is going on. I interpret and relay all of this information to you and will do my best to bring about
awareness, understanding, and change for the positive.

Phone Sessions: payments are to be made in full prior to appointment
date and time. In the privacy of my office, not over the phone with you, I will communicate with your animal companion. Then on the date and time of your scheduled appointment, I will contact you via telephone to relay the session. The animal communication session is hand written and mailed to you.

House calls: A $25.00 retainer fee is required at the time you schedule your Animal Communication house call and will be applied to the final balance. The final balance is due at the time of service. The retainer fee is non-refundable and non-transferable

Please do not provide the history of your animal companion or the situation. If you feel you must provide some information, be brief. I prefer to know very little. Knowing very little allows me to trust the information I am receiving and for you, the validity of my work.

- 45 minute Animal Communication Session @ $85.00

- In-Home Animal Communication Session @ $130.00 per hour - plus travel fee. Travel fee @ $15.00 exceeding 30 minutes

Free Consultations for Animal Shelters and Rescue Organizations
Animal Communication Sessions are free of cost for animal shelters and rescue organizations. I work with animal shelter and rescue organizations in several different ways talking with rescue animals in facility and foster care to:
- understand issues of abandonment, abuse, neglect; understanding shelter environment, facilitation of new homes, understanding their needs and desires for a new family what the best home might be for them
- find out about a rescued animal’s past, providing animal reiki for animals in distress/illness during foster and shelter car
- talking with trainers working with foster animals
NOTE: A fee will be assessed if a foster guardian is scheduling a session for in house care concerns
Lost and or Missing Animal Communication Consultations
Lost animal communication consultations are on average 30 minutes. This provides Susan with the opportunity to receive first impressions regarding the potential condition and whereabouts of the lost animal, and convey energetic guidance on how to assist in reconnecting with your companion.
Lost and or Missing Animal Cases: $55.00

Points for Consideration:
Cancellations: BWR requires a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your Animal Communication Session. If you do not provide 24 hours notice, your payment in full or pre-paid retainer fee will pay for the appointment time reserved for you.
A processing fee for a 24-hour cancellation notice is $10.00 if paid with credit card. Estimated refund processing time is one-two weeks.
If BWR cancels the scheduled house call or phone consultation appointment, the service fee or $25.00 retainer is fully refundable. If no notice is given, you will be charged a missed appointment fee of $25.00
Gift Certificates: BWR offers gift certificates for all services. Please note that all gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be reissued. Gift Certificate number must be provided prior to scheduling.
Refunds: There are no refunds for services.
