Herbal Hour’s are FREE, one hour bi-monthly educational lectures offered to the public as a community service.  Herbal Hour is packed with useful information to help you understand what Herbal Medicine is, how you can benefit from Herbal Remedies, and how Herbs can help various health conditions.  There will be a variety of herbal and health condition themes discussed with an emphasis on Herbal Medicine, Natural Supplements, and Nutrition so you can learn how to help you, your family, animal companions, and friends naturally and get to the root of health issues not just cover them up.

Herbal Hour’s educational lectures are an invaluable tool that may improve the quality of life by providing learning opportunities for all members of the community.

The ABC+D Approach to Natural Healing 

Work on the root of the problem.You don’t have to treat dis-eases to be healthy. The ABC+D Approach recognizes that there are underlying causes of all dis-ease. By removing these underlying causes, we help the body heal itself. Susan will discuss the root causes of disease and how to help you regain health with herbs and nutritional supplements.
